Highly recommend Debug pest control! My very first interaction was with Stephanie on the phone. She took the time to explain the process of taking care of the problem we faced, from start to finish! So very caring… and Steve the technician is great also! He’s very skilled in zeroing in on fixing our pest problem (mice!) it’s not an easy task and it’s a process, but Debug pest control knows what they are doing and they know what to do. Not all stations were serviced, you can see pictures of sentricons covered by grass/mulch. One of the sentricon covers is broken and was not replaced during service.
Jose was polite on the phone and in person. He told me exactly what he needed to see so that he could get his job done as efficiently as possible, which was appreciated since I was in the middle of my work day. It was a pleasure to have him do the inspection.
