Quick response, lack of follow-up on several occasions, does not listen to explanations of the problem in question or assumes that I do not know what my problem is and sends an employee to fix what they assume is my problem and who strangely does not fix anything.
In nine months, they can't even solve a mouse and rat problem. The problem becomes major, and then their exterminator comes to judge us and advise us to either condemn the place or use "illegal" methods. Complete amateurs.
