Nathan came out to my apartment, after me and my daughter hearing those squeaking noises that we all hate to hear, in out balcony overhang on and off. Iam sure my face might have looked funny because I thought he would find something and kill it. Hahaha, I know he saw that, because he immediately said "I catch and carry, don't kill them". Anyway, he informed me that it would be a squirrel playing under there. And since its forging time we would hear them more, especially on the roof, because we are on the top floor. He gave some information, helped me look at the roof, with his help, and felt ALOT better about the issues. We thought it was a rodent trapped under there because of the squeaking noise and felt bad about it.Thank you so much Nathan. Was also fast and efficient at the same time!
