Answered every question I had and didn't act like I was inconveniencing them. Didn't ghost me after initial correspondence! Friendly and fast response time. 10/10 would call again.
We were losing our minds. ABC was prompt. Came two days after call, did a thorough check and then put out gel baits and powder treatment. Have a cat and the cat could stay during it all and didn't have to leave the house over night either. Exterminator was kind and educated us on how to avoid pest problems in the future- don't bring home your food in cardboard boxes from any food storage facilities. Does not matter where food comes from. Cockroaches love hiding in cardboard so transfer your food into your own bags and that's your best bet. One week later and no more cockroaches. Hallelujah!
We give this company a zero! First of all our neighbour lives in an apartment. 3 doors down another apartment got treated for bedbugs. Our friend now had bedbugs but, the apartment building itself was infested in cockroaches.ABC was called by the landlord. Instead of a 3 week wait we called the health department to see if they could rush a heat treatment.Our friend was ready to sleep outside because he couldnt get help for months. Not sure what was said but our friend a senior citizen finally got help. I went to investigate ABC after he arrived at our friends apartment. I asked how long he had planned to be there. He answered 4 hours. I said 4 hours don't cut it. You did the other apartment for the full day! He ended up staying for 8 hours. Our friend asked this gentleman about his infested chair which family had gifted and paid close to $2,000 and was less than 1 year old if it was safe to use. Gentleman said NO and promised to write a letter stating the chair was unusable so that our friend could get a chair from social services. He sleeps in the chair due to medical reasons.Our friend called ABC several times and they would not return calls. I called ABC as well and they never return my calls. All the senior wanted was a letter saying the chair was garbaged and of no use. No call back after leaving messages. By the way, 3 days after treatment there was still live bedbugs in his chair. I do not recommend this company, instead I highly recommend BTU. they are very professional and I have used there services to clean clients homes. Our friend has never gotten a letter for a different chair. Our seniors need more respect. ABC was horrible!
She was really good and went through the house inspecting. We did have a dog in to search the house before. Found in our bed frame, outside it went. Still got her to spay the house anyways just because even if I couldn't find them did mean they weren't hiding baseboards etc. Thank you for recommending you solution for our problem.
Called for a bed bug inspection, ABC did a very close and great inspection really gave me a peace of mind. Also called for about wasps and they were able to come within the day and got rid of my wasps. All the people that came through were so nice and helped me with both problems, currently calling again for another wasp nest i just found. Thank you so much for helping us feel safe and comfortable in our own home.Update: Just had the second area treatment done, THIS TEAM IS FEARLESS! They come, get the job done, stop and chat with you about what they did and overall they include you in what they are doing. Some company's just come and go, but ABC Pest control really talks to you. So happy with everything, i can sit where ever the wasps nest were and just feel safe!THANK YOU !!!
