Very professional, prompt and reasonably priced service. A few months back, I needed their pest control service in Melville and they were able to visit the next day. The process was explained well and the issue was dealt with in 2 visits, which was great. After that I haven't had any issues so far. Thank you!
Poor company... avoid if you can! Terrible customer service. Ripoff service. $255 for 45 min visit...No follow ups for concerned female.. Trap removal, only for a $50 fee. Poor trap placements that don't follow protocol. Placed a poison feeding station without customer discussion. No one wants dead mice in their walls!
Riaz is a super knowledgeable guy, went through every corner with me , put Steel Wool, where needed, Very Nice Person, very impressed!!!....came within 1/2 hour on a Sunday afternoon...very reasonable in price. ..thanks so much Riaz, you put our minds at ease????Will definitely call you again when needed.
I had a pest control technician come out to inspect my place, and the experience was great from start to finish. I mainly wanted someone to explain what was going on and how to fix the issues, and he took the time to walk me through everything step-by-step. He gave me the lowest price around — only $150 — and set up all the traps right away.He told me I shouldn’t have any more problems after that, and even after I mentioned I’d fill the holes outside myself, he still went the extra mile. I didn’t have any steel wool on hand, so I said I’d go pick some up… but he actually showed up again 10 minutes later with steel wool from the dollar store so I could get the job done right away.Super helpful, honest, and went above and beyond without being asked. Definitely recommend this company if you’re dealing with pests or mice — great service and someone you can trust.
