ABSOLUTELY wont recommend this company to everyone. This review I would share to everyone is ONLY based on our own experience with them: Nothing more. Nothing less.We hired them first for roaches in one of our units in Regina, NOT SUCCESSFUL. Tenants are still complaining that there are still roaches and the guy who went there in the unit basically did nothing. I think they just put something and left for less than 1 minute. All of their solutions for roaches , not effective. and charged us for almost $400 dollars to $500 dollars for doing NOTHING. But, we still paid them.Second, we hired them again because we thought they will do better this time. It's for mice and also roaches from previous issue that they did not even solve. But, NOPE. WE WERE WRONG. They even did WORST. For how many visits they did, the roaches and MICE are still there in our units. All tenants keep complaining even though they do cleaning in their units everyday but those pests will not go away cause their solution did not work out and they just told our tenant, the only solution for this is to BURN THE BUILDING. What a very UNPROFESSIONAL business. They charged us almost $1K for this , for doing NOTHING AT ALL. They forced us to pay, they harassed us, and use different number to call us and ask for the money. Why would we pay this kind of money when there is NO SERVICE being done? Some of our tenants left actually , lead us losing money because THEIR COMPANY IS NOT EFFECTIVE. So do not do business with them. Some of their staff as well are RUDE.Go somewhere else, there are other pests control company in Regina. We also shared our bad experiences with them in our Landlord page in Regina. Other landlords there agreed that they suck!
We've called Safetech twice over the last 3 years, and both times they've been great — coming out promptly, doing a thorough inspection of our property, and taking care of our mice issues quickly and reliably. I've found the team to be very helpful, great at explaining things and providing excellent advice, and fantastic to interact with. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
The service was great, and the representative was right on top of the issue. I contacted in the morning, and they were very, very responsive, and sent someone out in the afternoon.We used them in the Summer for wasps and they were awesome!We would definitely recommend!
Absolutely 5 star service!We had a couple of mice 3 years ago, used safe tech and they were so wonderful put the bait is all the places needed and advised me how I can protect my home. They came back 3 months later to check and were happy to put extra bait in the roof.Saw one mouse yesterday, freaked out called Safetech immediately. They came out today and the technician Moe was SO lovely inspected everything, refilled the traps and they were mostly full but he still put more in and he checked EVERYWHERE. He assured me it was just normal and everything is good.I now feel safe again. Thank you to Moe and the whole Safetech team!
Right from the phone call to having the technician David here I felt i made the right decision. I was met with great service and education to help us and moreover calm us about our rodent problems. Very personable and understanding to our situation and our concern. David clearly has lots of knowledge about this and did a thorough investigation and walk- through of our home and property. Can't say enough how glad I am that I ended up calling them. It only took a day to get someone to come which also was a huge plus! I can highly recommend this company.Thankful ??
