We got back from vacation to discover a rat had got into our house between floors and chewed a hole thru the ceiling.We called on Sunday, & Sam arrived late Monday nite in the pouring rain after being in an traffic accident.He found the entry point, sealed it off, installed a one way exit door, set up 5 bait stations and inspected the entire perimeter of our house and caulked another spot.3 weeks later he returned today, to inspect the bait stations, remove the exit door and completed the sealing of the entrance/exit location, & spray foamed insulation there.Thank you Sam for your prompt and expert service and educating us.We highly recommend Sam for this service ??

Sar was great! He came by same day to look into a rodent problem. We liked his approach to dealing with the rat issue.When he arrived he was friendly and dealt with the issue the same day.He came back a week later to patch up the hole and we couldn’t be happier with the results.He added a one way trap to allow the rat to escape, then patched up the hole a week later.
