Great service, fast and efficient. Mice had been pestering me for a few weeks. One visit from these folks and I haven’t seen a mouse since! Will definitely want them back to handle any future pests
Charged me $125 for consultation, did not thoroughly check and would not climb into the attic to look further. He said, "There is no way anyone can fit into your attic, let alone an animal because it's too new and tight. I can promise you it's just squirrels jumping and playing on your rooftop." Hired someone else and they immediately found the opening. Would highly NOT recommend. There are better places and people out there.

Thank you Ken, technician for coming out to help me resolve the rodent issue in my 1st first condo patio in Richmond. He is so knowledgeable, personable, offered full service including inspection of both the patio area and inside my condo. He gave me the best customer service in that he also helped me remove "all of the rodent nest material" which he found behind an old open book case. I will definitely call Advance Pest Control for any more pest issues in the future.
Great service! Nacho is super efficient and knowledgeable about the right bait to use and how to avoid pests in the future. My suite was attended to on 2 separate occasions to follow up on the ant problems. We were even given extra traps because of other pests in the building10/10 customer service - highly recommend. Thank you!
