Lorenzo is great and was able to explain everything to me about rats and mice occupying my garage and attic. I had opened a Tesla that rodents absolutely destroyed in my garage. Thanks to Lorenzo and Pinnacle, I'm getting the issue under control. Chris was great for the exclusion installation. A friend brought over her dog that was flea infested. My house and dog were covered with fleas. Pinnacle was able to send a technician soon and I had the dog treated the same day. Pinnacle did a great job. I have seen no sign of fleas since they treated the house.
