We have been using EcoShield for a year now and are very pleased with their service. Today Preston was our technician and he was polite, helpful, and informative. He provided the service as described in our contract and also talked to me afterwards about a potential developing issue and what we can do to get ahead of it. Which I appreciated very much.When I signed up with EcoShield the prices and contract were explained to me very clearly. They also emailed me a copy of my contract, including pricing and timing of each service. They have provided the service they contracted to do at the prices they contracted to charge. Our pest activity is way down since they started their service. They are also very thorough and clear about when they are coming and provide multiple reminders before they arrive. One time, even with all the reminders, I completely forgot they were coming and had left my dogs in the backyard. I was not home to bring my dogs inside so they were unable to perform the service at that time. They were very understanding and kind about my mistake and rescheduled the service without delay. I have been pleased with this company and their work and would recommend them to others.
Great company, great service. I had a really huge wasp issue. Everyone in my family got stung in one day. That's when I new I had to call someone.Then, like a prayer answered from above, an EcoShield rep just happens to stop by. Like, literally within the minute The rep talked me through everything. It was the easiest conversation ever, and I was just happy that my family would now be protected.They've come several times now. Each time better than the next. Preston was the last one. He did a great job, as usualy. HIGHLY recommend EcoShield.

We have had this company come out two different times now to do pest control. Our main concerns were wasps, spiders, and voles. After the first time they came out we found a new wasp nest within a week of them spraying and the spiders never went away either. The voles have gotten worse and they have been out twice now. Their supposedly “100% satisfaction guaranteed” but when I reached out to them they said someone needed to come confirm the issue before they’d come out again. The inspector came a day earlier than they told us and so nobody was home to have him “inspect” the problem. We are out hundreds of dollars and our problems are worse. Save your time and money, this company is a scam.
The sales guy CHRIS!!! who knocked on my door at 9:30 at night lied to me about about the product and how the “contracts” work. Told me it would be 3 treatments and that’s all I was signing up for. Also he mentioned if I had any problems with not noticing a diff within the 1st two weeks to call him back and he would send out for another complimentary treatment…..well he won’t respond and completely ghosted me after the sale. I’ve gotten one treatment and the spiders and everything else they told me they would kill came back 2x worse. Then I’m told I’m locked into a contract for 1 year and there is 5 treatments. Nothing they can do unless I wanna pay the 250 to cancel the contract. I wouldint sign up with them. Liars and try and scam you to your face. They also sprayed a product on my black soffit and facia they left white specks around my whole house
