Signed a contract with Orkin when a previous pest company could never permanently rid our wasp problem around our house. They were building up nests behind the eaves of my house and previous pest company could never get rid of the entire colony. I was worried that they would eventually cause structural damage. Two visits with Orkin and they were permanently gone without needing to pull the soffit off of my house. We now have Orkin come do periodic pest control around our place. They are a bit more expensive than my previous company, but the problems they come across actually get eradicated.Fast forward to about 1.5 months ago, we discovered a bedbug problem downstairs. They have a wonderful, experienced staff; and they have come out a few times to further inspect and treat areas as we come across stray bedbugs. The treatment is not cheap and there is a substantial amount of prep work to be done by the home owner. But they have been easy and professional to work with. The Orkin technician James was friendly professional and informative. He treated the outside of the house first and discovered a few wasp nests and treated these.James then replaced the paper bug traps inside the house and checked the basement and all the other rooms inside the house.James also came early which worked well with my work schedule today.Thank you James for a job well done !!Orkin provided very good technicians who are knowledgeable, competent, professional, and who are customer service oriented.
