This company is extremely misleading. The salesperson who came to my home gave me one set of promises, but the actual contract told a very different story. To make it worse, the price I was quoted upfront was not the price I was later charged — they increased it after the fact.The service never worked properly, so I tried to cancel. That’s when they claimed I was stuck in a 12-month agreement, even though the sales rep clearly told me I could walk away after 3 months if I wasn’t satisfied.When I attempted to cancel through email and text, they refused and said I had to speak directly with a manager. I made it clear I didn’t want any further contact or anyone coming to my property. I also told them I would not continue making payments. Their response was to threaten me with collections.I will continue sharing my experience publicly so others don’t go through the same thing. My advice: don’t rely on what the salesperson says — only trust what’s in writing.
I would rather light myself on fire than ever do business with Saela again.I hired them for bug/wasp service, but after 15 months the wasps were swarming more than ever before, check the photo -this is one of the many traps I set up in the backyard catching thousands of wasps 15 months into the contract. Nests everywhere! It was worse than before they ever started.And when I tried to cancel after 15 months, the process was absolutely excruciating! It took two days of being bounced from manager to manager, each whom would keep me on the phone for hours......they would not cancel me. Finally they gave up and nailed me with a termination charge which at this point I was actually relieved to pay just to get them to go away.PS: I had them do an estimate to remove a couple mice from our attic, they quoted me $21,000!!!! At least I was smart enough not to fall for it.Awful, awful, awful....Buyer beware!
