This is a tough review. The tech / field service is fantastic and has been every visit. Nothing is to much trouble and very professional,pleasant and personable. The billing department however is a total cluster *"!!We had direct payment set up, they charged us for an extra visit and a late penalty charge which we had to unravel, no sorry or anything from them on the phone. This is not the only payment mess up we have had with them. We told them we wanted to cancel our service,,,,, you have to summit your 30 day notice via email, can't do it while you're on the phone with them.Field service is great , billing dept sucks.
