I can only report on the first encounter with the Orkin service man so far. He was very friendly and knew what he was doing, so he must be well-experienced. He promised he will be back every two weeks for 3 months. I have lived with this plague of mice for nearly 18 years, so I was rather sketically that this would truly get rid of them. Now I have more hope! He may convince me yet! I shall see in April!
Place is horrible was supposed to get three treatments only got one. They said I was to get a few accessories that I never got. The second schedule visit nobody showed up with no call. Asked for my money back ended up getting 32 bucks lol. Easy money.
Phone conversations were normally informative and individual was easy to talk to. This was the second spray of the house because of wind, was suppose to be rescheduled but no one called us. It then took 1-2 weeks to talk to someone and get it scheduled, then no one showed. We rescheduled again and again no one showed. Sprayer himself phoned the next day and said he was on the way, he came and job got done. Overall I like the company and the effectiveness of the applications. People are also very friendly, seemed their was some confusion between the scheduler and the guy spraying this time. Will use again next year.
The pest control technician Amel was very knowledgeable about his job . Prior to dusting and baiting in the kitchen , he was explaining to us what he will be doing and the purpose of that task . He was thorough and he cleaned up after whatever mess he made after dusting . He explained carefully what’s going to happen after the dusting and baiting and will follow up after 2 weeks .
