We are so impressed with the amazing service of everyone at Prairie Pest Control. My husband was bitten by a wasp in our backyard and went into anaphylatic shock. It was terrifying. We had superb service of them removing the wasp nest and spraying the area. They were wonderful and came back for multiple times to ensure the wasp problem was solved. We would highly recommend.
Arrived within 40 minutes of my call and I am a half hour outside of the city. So friendly and professional, I would give more stars if I could. On top of it all, they were less than half price of the two other vendors I called. Problem solved and a new contact for me to keep on hand for future reference.
Prairie Pest control have been coming to my house for years. Their prices are good and they get the job done. Malek who is the technician is professional and knows his trade. He is also very friendly and is a nice person. I highly recommend his services.
Go to anyone else.1. Both treatments the guy showed up 30 min to 1 hour after the scheduled time. The first time he blamed it on his "employee". The same guy I called to see where they were was the same guy that showed up. As far as I can tell it's a one man operation.2. We had an inkling that we had bat bugs and not bed bugs. He guaranteed they were bed bugs. Turns out you can't tell by just looking at them, so we put a bug under the microscope, and we did indeed have bat bugs.3. The treatment he gave us was for bed bugs, so we still have bat bugs. Now he won't answer my phone calls or respond to my e-mails. We're out $400 and we still have bat bugs, until the landlord deals with the bats in the ceiling.Below is a picture of a bat bug, for your reference. According to a friend that is an entomologist(bug scientist) the long hairs are a clear indicator of bat bugs.
