Brad was awesome! He was scheduled to be at my house in the late afternoon (which wasn't ideal for me, but I took the appointment because I needed the service), but he called me around 11 and asked if he could make me my next stop. What a relief! He came by, sprayed for spiders and put out ant bait inside and did all the outside stuff. He was a pleasure and I look forward to having him over quarterly.

We had a very good experience with Eastside Exterminators. They were recommended to us by our realtor for insulation and duct wrap for our home. Isaiah and Melvin and their teams were wonderful. Both of them are conscientious and professional, knowledgeable about energy efficiency and construction, and they are also great communicators. They protected the areas of our home that were involved in the job, and every space where they had worked was spotless when they left. Everyone has been great to work with including Ryan who came out to bid the job and was able to lower our price with a PSE rebate, and the wonderful woman in their office who clearly and thoroughly explained what we could expect. She gave us an appointment that fit our schedule, and Melvin and Isaiah were here on time and completed the work as planned. We highly recommend Eastside Exterminators.
