We had our first treatment by Jordan today. He was kind, thorough and helped explain the process. I have a pet that loves to get into everything and Jordan patiently answered my questions on the safety of the treatment. Jordan is the man!! It was an emergency that a mice was in my duplex I manage. He quickly called me and squeezed me In his schedule. Jordan did a full walk around, identify areas where the mice could be and gave us solutions and what follow up looks like. He went through our WHOLE basement and each room to make sure there were no entry ways.There’s a reason why this company is the highest rating in the area. Affordable. Very transparent. And effective. Our follow up is in 2 weeks.
We have concerns for a mice problem in our kitchen. Jordan did a thorough job and was able to find possible entry ways from the outside that we didn’t expect. Also looked thoroughly throughout the house and was able to find mice droppings in our basement storage. Didn’t expect to see anything there since we only thought it was in the kitchen. Super helpful and friendly guy. Quick responses and was able to visit us shortly after making the inquiry

Justin and Andy did a great job today. They sprayed in all the crevices and windows to protect my house. Took care of the spiders on the house. They didn't mind me micromanaging behind them lol. This is my first time using this company but.... so far so good. Thanks guys
