We had a fantastic experience with Purcor. We thought we had bed bugs and were able to get a next day appointment during a busy time of years. Jesse had excellent communication and arrived in a timely fashion. He was thorough and extremely helpful in guiding us towards next steps even though they didn’t involve needing to work with a pest control company. He was also super patient with our toddler who was present for the appointment! Highly recommend!
DO NOT give Purcor your credit card information.After requesting service cancellation in August due to incomplete work and billing errors, Purcor charged my card $2,783.03 WITHOUT authorization over a month later. Their own sales department confirmed my service was cancelled with no balance due.Problems throughout:-Did not complete contracted work, left job site without cleanup, unresponsive to follow-up calls. Then showed up at my property days later with no communication.-Billing errors, blank invoices, management unresponsive to dispute.I've now had to dispute the charges with my credit card company, cancel my card, and have filed a complaint with WA Consumer Protection.Save yourself the headache - use literally any other pest control company.
