I wanted to praise this company, it happened back in October 04. They showed up on this day, In the morning, and heated my apartment for hours! Bob was very professional, very informative, and answered all my questions! May I say I had tried all the bed bug places in Rapid City, a month before I stumbled onto bed bug busters, no one would be able to help....I was out of their jurisdiction. Needless to say, Bob's heat treatment killed all bed bugs, nests, eggs and any other living pest. I have not had them come back. So this may be a late re iew, but so timely!
