Jordan did a fine job on the usual thing, up by the eaves, but when you did a good job in eradicating pests, people aren’t really goin to notice what isn’t there. He went the extra mile, however, to spray for spiders in my outdoor-access-only cellar, which will be nice the next time I need to fill the water softener tank.
My tech showed up after 7pm with no notice when during the day they were going to show up, and no notice when they were coming. When my tech was done they left without saying a word.The work they did was fine, it just would have felt more customer friendly if I got a heads up when they were coming as I waited around all day. Speaking of, I didn't get to pick the date they showed up, they just messaged me saying they would come this day without a time.More customer interaction is needed.
