Zafar answered my call at 7am on an urgent basis today for carpet needle infestation. He came by 9am! I shared my phobia with bugs and he also deep cleaned everything just so I don’t have to touch anything. He was attentive, kind and got the job done! Will be referring him to my family and friends.
Called ASM to deal with a hornets nest in our yard. They showed up the same day. And when we needed a follow up, they again showed up very quickly and finished it off.Really appreciate the service.
We called ASM after finding bees inside our townhouse, and eventually finding the nest outside. They were at our place within an hour to get rid of the bees! It was a very active nest and Zafar and his wife worked together flawlessly to spray it. They explained the whole process to me, and what I can expect to see. They even left an extra bottle of spray because my partner is allergic to bees. I cannot recommend them enough! It was also nice to work with a family rather than a big company.
I used this ASM a couple of years ago for my condo to deal with ants and clothes moths. Excellent service and professional. No issues until my building is dealing with another round of pests and I have more issues with my condo so far service is great.
