There was a major raccoon problem in our backyard, my family tried everything we could think of, from chili flakes, vinegar to raccoon spray! They just kept digging?? I knew we had to do something about it or our garden would just be full of dirt mounds! They quit if the problem persist. The guy told me he will provide me service till the problem ends. I had to find the entry point of mice. They were not even able to locate it. Whats the point in throwing rodenticides if you can't locate any entry point. Wonder if all these reviews are even real or fake. After 3 visits they never came back. The problem is when you make so many promises and don't deliver. You said I'm leaving the comment after such a long time...so the reason for me to leave the comment after so long is that usually I don't give negative comments unless it's really important. Doesn't matter how long it took me to write the review. You should have figured out the spots from where the mice comes in but you just spread pesticide and didn't do your job nicely. Your technician was not even able to find a single spot from where the mice were coming in. I figured out and told him to plug it. You can't charge people more than $500 plus taxes just to throw some pesticide. You left the country and non of your technician came to followup. How can you say that you gave me the full service? Also I should have not paid you in advance cus after that you guys just don't show up.
