I had to make a post here because the owner?/ technician was so thorough, problem-focused and kind. He told us the garage door had cracks, that is was a problem he could not fix. He saw that squirrels were living in our deck and told us that that required work from a larger company to ethically rehome, or that we could wait for the squirrels to grow into adults in a few months and leave. I appreciated his honesty as he referred other companies, and told me I don't have to pay for his services since I am getting another quote from another company. I know he made his way to my place and gas is expensive to take on. In the end, he said he could help me set up a few traps to which he charged barely anything, so I had to give him a tip on top. I really appreciated his thorough inspection (including identifying a bush that needed to be trimmed otherwise rodants may jump onto our roof). Very responsive. Mike made room in his schedule within 24 hours when I described our situation. He ended up treating 2 separate wasps nests (extra one at no charge). Very courteous and respectful. First rate recommendation without hesitation.
