Very unprofessional experience. We scheduled a pest control service and the company sent preparation instructions the same day as the appointment, even though pest control preparation can be extensive and time-consuming. Providing instructions last minute made it very difficult to properly prepare.After dealing with that inconvenience, the company was then scheduled to come today and did not show up at all. When we followed up, we were told the appointment wasn’t even in their system.The lack of organization, poor communication, and failure to honor scheduled appointments is extremely disappointing. Because of this experience, we will never work with this company and have moved forward with another pest control provider that is more professional. This company treats provides customer service is the most horrid manner I’ve ever encountered
From my call for service to the technician's visit, Orkin proved to live up to its reputation.I was transferred to Bonnie who helped me set up the visit, she asked all the right questions and ensured that they would offer the exact services requested. She followed up with a quote and options and ensured we would have an expert sent over.Richard was the technician, and he was prompt, thorough and honest. He let us know that we could take a different approach than what we requested, and this ended up saving us a considerable cost!He communicated step by step and ensured we were ok with moving forward each step of the way.I highly recommend Orkin for your pest control needs, and if you’re lucky enough to get to encounter Bonnie and Richard - know that you are getting top tier service!
Very disappointed with Orkin K9. We were told our home was clear based on their dog’s inspection, but it turned out to be a false negative. This gave us a false sense of security and delayed proper treatment. For a service that’s supposed to be reliable and specialized, this was unacceptable. We will never use Orkin K9 again and would not recommend them.Also , while the service itself was already a stressful situation, the handler made inappropriate and unprofessional comments during the visit. Instead of helping ease concerns, the remarks added to the stress and felt dismissive and out of place given the circumstances.When customers are dealing with anxiety around potential infestations, professionalism and sensitivity matter. Unfortunately, that was lacking during this appointment. I hope Orkin provides better training and oversight to ensure future customers are treated with respect.
I had a very positive experience with Richard who came to my condo for an inspection. He was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. He was extremely good at his job and was very courteous and friendly and made me feel very comfortable and at ease in what could have been a very stressful situation. I highly commend him. There should be more Richards in the world! Thank you for the great service!

In the days since the appointment, we’ve noticed quick improvement. Orkin’s price was very reasonable, too. I highly recommend their service.
