The lady that booked the appointment was so understanding and accommodating. The specialist that cam to the house was Imran. He was on time and walked through the house with me. He was open to questions and made sure we understood everything that he was doing. I would definitely recommend this Pest Control company.
Attention! Do not hire this company! There are plenty of other companies in the GTA that surely won’t take advantage of you! I scheduled the technician for a 1pm visit (considering he would need daylight to check the exterior of the house), he arrived after 5pm, placed SIX SMALL PACKETS of rat poison, and said he would have to come back another day because it was dark. Now when I ask about his next visit, he says I need to pay first. Five hundred dollars for six small packets of poison. He didn’t move a single piece of furniture, didn’t do anything other than put poison in places where the rats aren’t even showing up. He took a few photos and left. He wants $500 for that. His name is Jason.When he left the first time, I wrote a review similar to this one. He called me, humbly asking me to delete the review because his work wasn’t finished yet and that he would come back promptly. When I say I won’t pay $500 for six packets of poison, he says I’m degrading his work and that he feels offended. I know nobody would pay for this — you know how a business works, right? Or maybe this is the perfect strategy to make money — show up more than four hours late and say you need to come back, so you can charge for two visits.Do not use this company. They just want to extort you.

Its very hard to find a genuine person who enjoys their job and is happy to provide the services with a smile. Imran came and did a service and was very professional. His arrival was actually early which we were highly grateful for. His knowledge along with his willingness to go step by step with us was an experience that cannot be taught it has to be genuine.He smiled and kept us laughing as we were very highly stressed dealing with Rats and Mice after a tenant moved out.I wish I could give 10 stars for Imran because he went over and beyond to communicate to our landlord and the office to ensure we got the best service needed.Going from not sleeping for 2 days to feeling like we got out power back after infestation.10 10 stars ??. Highly recommend this company You should ask for Imran Siddique . Hands down and pure angel who is very knowledgeable, charismatic, willing to go over and beyond, kind ,genuine and loves what he does.Customer service existing has been restored.
My experience with this pest control provider was disappointing. Please consider twice before you decide to hire them. Here is why:1) The pest issue was not solved as promised, and the promised follow-up report was never provided. They insisted there was no issue after the last treatment but when I sent pictures of the bugs to follow up, I got no responses.2) Treatment didn’t seem to be done in a professional manner, it is either incomplete or seems sporadic. I found treatments were left on the air intake vents and messaged with no response.3) Their technician broke the handle of the stove during service. When I emailed them, no response was provided.4) When I asked about timing between treatments to maintain effectiveness, I was told “anytime.” Only after insisting further was a random time suggested, which did not seem based on expertise.5) The technician arrived late for every scheduled visit, despite my flexibility in accommodating.Although they were accommodating with scheduling, the lack of professionalism, ineffective service and failure to address damage to my property made this a very negative experience. I don’t wish anyone to go through.
