Imran did a fantastic job, he completed an entire house with several rather challenging rooms in about half an hour. He was professional and very friendly and also advised us what to do after the treatment is done to maximize its effectiveness. Overall, I can't say enough good things about Imran and how satisfied I'm with the entire experience, definitely top 3 customer service interactions I've ever had the pleasure of having.
