Vlad was really easy to contact, came to our home the same day to asses the problem, and returned the next day to spray our affected room on the timeline we requested. The treatment was very effective; in the three weeks since we haven't seen a single insect, after trying on our own to battle them for 3 months! Pricing was very reasonable. ??????????It has been 4 months since the very first initial treatment by Vlad for my rental apartment roach problem.I didn’t leave the review right after the service (Sept/2025) because I wanted to see how everything turns out after certain period of the time.I can’t be happier as I haven’t seen any roach for a full month now.Roach problem is the most difficult problem in my opinion.It requires detail and constant action at all times until the problem is gone.Basically after my tenants moved out, I found the apartment had roach problem which freaked me out big time! Because I know how hard it is to get rid of them!Of course I tried to deal with it myself at first.. we all know how that goes… so after I had the apartment vacant for 2 months, I finally call Vlad to help me on this. I didn’t pick him because his quote was cheapest. I picked him because he seems very knowledgable and knows exactly how to deal with the problem, he was also very proactive.He offered me the detail on how and what he would do to take care of the problem without me have to ask many questions on the first call.After the first treatment ( he was very thorough), I saw one roach after a few days I think, so I called him again freaking out, So he came again did the 2nd treatment.Then I saw another one maybe a month later or so, he came again and did another quick treatment for me. ( fyi there’s always gonna be a few lucky ones didn’t die during the treatment, but eventually all the chemical stuff would catch them. Just take time.)I appreciate his professional genuine work quality!All I can say is I am very grateful and satisfied with the service!!Thank you Vlad!
