I have been a customer for a few years now and Greenshield has always provided a great service. Manny is our usual technician that comes out every time, and we have nothing but the best things to say about him. He is thorough, adjusts the service to best fit our needs, and always checks in to make sure we arent having any new issues. He is extremely knowledgeable and always goes about and beyond what I would expect. We have had national chains attempt to pull our business away, but I always tell them I love our technician too much to switch regardless of the offer.
