Just got the visit from the moxie sales guy who has been stalking my house in Dove mountain az. Have him on my ring camera day after day. Doesn't take the hint. Finally answered the door and was rude, tried to strong arm me into some crap service plan and had no business card, promised a discount if I signed up today only. High pressure sales. What I joke. Product didnt seem horrible but the slimy salesman ruined any chance of working with this company. He seemed to be sizing up the house like he was wanting to come back and rob us. Tried inviting himself into the house, then made his way into the backyard. Wanted info about where we worked, wanted our first and last names to be able to show us pricing. What a joke. Dont answer the door if you see them coming. Very pushing and rude, doesnt know the word no, or not interested. They are preying on people
Cold call at my door and I was laying down since I wasn't feeling well. Young man started the pitch and went on for many minutes even though I told him we are all set with NW. Asked if I was the home owner. He kept talking even though again I said I need to lay down because I'm sick. He ended with would you consider if we did the same for 1/2 the price. That's no way to get business. In fact I will never use Moxie! Poor interaction and my neighbors related the same experience.
Killian came by during the rain to help us with some spider webs that I have been finding around the home and even had walked into. He explained the areas he was going to spray, and since we have pets how long they needed to be kept out of the areas. He hast to come back because of some other areas I needed taken care of that he didn’t have the product for since other clients had asked for the same thing today and he ran out. But he was very helpful and really eased my mind. Overall, the company has done really good at helping us with keeping insects and such a way.
Kevin was an excellent technician and always completes the service at our house kindly and efficiently! He always remembers to properly refill our mouse bait boxes and was very thoughtful about noticing our newly installed garden and made sure to add it to our record so no spraying would be done in that area. Kevin is knowledable and polite, I really appreciate his hard work!
