Excellent service from Mark today, I’ve had Swift for years and I’ve been concerned with the increased mice population recently even with 3 bait boxes, he heard my concerns and addressed them. He was knowledgeable and reassuring, reminding me that with my subscription I can call 1/2 way through my quarterly visit to have them come refill free of charge! Living in the desert we have to cohabitate with creatures, but I want to do all I can to prevent them from living in & too close to my home. Great service Mark, thank you!
John always does an exceptional job! I've had truly Nolan for about a year now and John has been my technician the entire time. I recently moved and he helped me out tremendously with making sure I didn't bring any unwanted pests into my new home. His customer service is always on point as well. He definitely goes above and beyond making sure his customers are taken care of. I appreciate everything he does!
We have been using Swift Pest Solutions for both pest and weed control. They do an excellent job in both areas. When I've had questions, they always get back to me right away... true professionalism and customer service. We had an issue with scorpions in our home and they scheduled a service immediately to treat again at no additional cost. We have had no emergent weeds since Swift has provided their service... and that's amazing considering how challenging it is for full weed control. We highly recommend both their pest treatment and weed control.
Another great service by Mark. He takes his time spraying every nook & cranny, and ensures my pets are secure , as well as answering any of my questions. I really appreciate his attention to detail and quality of work. I highly recommend!
