I had intended on exclusion work for a 1600 square foot home + 1000 sq ft shop, plus fully insulating the attic and crawl space areas. After the sales rep specifically set a time I asked not to do, then we got it rescheduled, then estimator no called no showed until 4 hours later after I had confirmed twice. I will be happily taking my business elsewhere and letting others know how unreliable your service is. Unacceptable. Do not contact me with an empty apology, do better for your current clients. I will not be one of them.

Taylor provides top-notch service, as he has done since he first started coming to our house. He always calls or texts us the day before he services our home and provides a two-hour window during which he will be here. Getting this time window is greatly appreciated. He always is very responsive to any questions or concerns we have. And he is just such an affable gentleman. As long as Taylor is the guy providing PURCOR service to our home, we know we will be completely satisfied.
I had contacted purcor in early September to get a quote and recommendations to get rid of our rodent problem we had at our house. Got an appt scheduled for the 4th and if I remember correctly the inspector had called me before the appt time saying he wasn't able to come due to his child which at the time I totally understood and had no issue with. He said he'd get back to me about rescheduling me. I didn't hear back for a few days so I had to call (and calls go directly to call centers and not the local offices) to try and reschedule on my own. The call center got me rescheduled with the same inspector as before for the 10th which I believe he did come out for and he marked the outside of the house but couldnt get in the crawl space that day due to it not being accessible at the time. He scheduled to come back the 11th...which he canceled on me cause of his child. Not gonna shame over that really but still a bit annoying. So I texted him the 12th asking if he was available and he said someone else was going to come instead which they did..an hour late, I believe it was possibly a Manager or supervisor in the way he talked about the first inspector. He walked around the house briefly, didn't go into the crawl space even tho I had it accessible at that timesaying whoever sets the traps will just have a look down there.but he was able to give me a quote which I needed to show to my landlord for price approval. On the 15th the first inspector texted me back asking if someone came out I said yes, I got a quote, he asked the price I got so I sent a screenshot of the quote and said I felt the pricing wasn't explained to me well so he apologized and said he could possibly come back out and to not sign the quote I was given. I was leaving for a few days so he said he'd look at his schedule and get back to me...and no one ever got back to me.Can't say they do terrible service but I personally experienced terrible customer service which was really disappointing. We may not have the best or the cleanest houses for purcor to do work on but they were suppose to help start us on the path to getting the house back in better shape and I was eager to work with them. I dont know if ill consider them again.
