We were going on a trip and at the last moment we found out that we had some rats in our crawlspace. We were in a bit of a panic and didn’t know who to turn to. We called Garden City and even though they were completely swamped, they did send a guy around that day. Within a couple days they had captured all the rats, but the crawlspace needed to be remediated by removing all the rat debris, insulation, vapour barrier, etc and sprayed with a disinfectant. They gave us a prompt quote and it was reasonable. The work was excellent and the quote accurate. They even sent us requested pictures of the work done as we were away on vacation at the time. Their overall performance was outstanding and all staff we dealt with were excellent. Cannot recommend highly enough!
Wow thank you Emily and Jeff! This is a company that actually doesn’t rip their customers off and it’s a family owned business. From calling and speaking to Emily, to Jeff going onsite to install the equipment required was like deal with family the entire time. My tenants (location of the pest issue) texted to let me know that Jeff was a delight to deal with. The pest issue was resolved quickly so a huge thank you! On top of everything else, I was pleasantly surprised when the invoice came as I was charged very fairly.
Called to have our house sprayed for spiders before the winter season. They had different options, explained each one and answered all the questions I had. And safe eco friendly options that our kids and pets are safe with. They were friendly and easy to talk to. Their price was very reasonable. And a wonderful experience in comparison to previous years with other companies. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get pests under control or even as preventative measures!

I called Garden City Pest Control regarding some bees creating a hive under some siding. The customer service was excellent! They were very friendly and responsive to my call. Daniel was very knowledgeable about bees. After examining the nesting area and identifying the bees ( Mason Bees), he re-assured me that they were not harming the siding and in fact, they were very beneficial to the garden. I recommend them highly.
