Stop….. looking at other Pest Control companies!!! . He’s the best that Ive encountered here in Victoria and on Vancouver island. I know because I own several properties and I’ve been here for over 40 years!! Joey the owner and pest expert was polite, professional, friendly and very very efficient. He’s a solution based thinker and looks at all possible solutions. His rates are very competitive. On his first visit, I picked his recommended option.He was able to climb up on my roof, set traps and within less than 24 hrs.he was successful with nabbing a squirrel nesting in my attic!! I’ll be using him on all my properties!!!!! He was able to identify some rat droppings on the outside front entry mat of my tenant’s apartment.
