Not the greatest of experiences. I set up an appointment for my father’s home who is 84 years old. I paid for the 3 sessions to rid his home of some pests. The first 2 sessions were great. Then they ghost us for the third. I finally call them up and ask what happened to my 3rd service that I paid for. No explanations or apologies, just straight to booking the 3rd appointment. When I ask for the written guarantee as per our agreement as my dad is selling his home, customer service says “well since the time lapsed, the guarantee no longer applies”. Best part is they ask for a review. I submit my concerns offline so they can rectify the issue without me posting a review. I run a business, I get mistakes happen. Still nothing so I guess that’s why I am posting a review now. Don’t want another senior going through this
We were very happy with Orkin’s quick response and assessment of the issue and for discussing the available options and providing the information we needed to make an informed decision. A detailed estimate was provided very quickly, and we were scheduled in for the treatment within a reasonable period of time. Trent was FANTASTIC ! His customer service skills were excellent, and his knowledge about Pest Control impressive. Trent communicated with me well and shared pictures to explain what was going on. So far so good he has quickly been able to catch some of the critters hiding in my attic. I’m glad I signed up for a three month program to get on top of it. I’m looking very much forward to catching any remaining critters and then sealing up my house to prevent from future invaders. Thank you ????

I have had a contract with Orkin for less than a month now. Kyleen, my representative, is friendly, accommodating, and very informative. She has been to my house many times since to check the stations, and removes "things" that I would rather not, given the choice!She has provided me with recommendations to prevent further outdoor infestation and/or any unwanted indoor guests. I am VERY impressed with Kyleen and this company as a whole. To date, I been given exemplary service.Thank you for such amazing work. You got my vote...and five stars.
