Luca at Victoria Pest Control has been super easy to contact and schedule visits. I had a wasp nest in the soffit of my house, and they were able to come and deal with it in 2 days and even came back a couple weeks later at no cost to catch some stragglers. Highly recommend!
While working in the yard I noticed some wasps coming out of the corner of a raised garden bed, reached out to Victoria Pest Control and they sent Luca over in record time! Within the hour Luca came and assessed the property, dealt with the nest in a very professional and safe manner wearing all his PPE (bee suit, etc). I was extremely impressed by the response time and having them send someone out so fast. All in all very pleased and will definitely be using them again in the future
Great experience. A real human answered the phone and was able to fit us in within two days. When the technician Andrew arrived, he went above and beyond at the end of a long, very hot day. He spent time diagnosing the issue (wasps, many, many wasps and now they were in my house!), troubleshooting and then solved it! Efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you! Will definitely call them again if needed.
