Honestly, my first impression was a professional appearing gentleman with the most natural respectful “ yes sir’s “, I have heard since my military days. Now I can only comment on the company representative free inspection but the time he spent at my home far exceeded others that did the same supposed inspection ! So I still await my estimate but I’m pretty sure I have made my final decision ! So before any crawl space work was done a termite crew came out and began burying termite traps in to the ground all around the house . The crawl space rebuild is under way so Now that the crew has finished the beam and joists installation under our home, we can proudly say the floors feel rock solid everywhere ! These men are extremely courteous and professional, not to mention extremely hard workers . Now talking about the price , well they were twice better than other estimates from other foundation companies , so I can only honestly say,, you’re wasting your time looking anywhere else for crawl space floor repair ! And now the next crew moves in to perform the complete encapsulation procedure with the dehumidifier installation ! So in closing, TALENT TERMITE/FOUNDATION CO . #1.
