I received great customer service from Stephen Santoro. He was both courteous, professional and arrived when he said he would. He performed a thorough quarterly pest inspection and sprayed inside and outside for potentional pests. He was very informative and explained that loose base boards may allow even the tiniest of insects to enter into one's home.
David Shafer did an excellent job. He came out to my home and inspected my crawlspace and found issues that other companies have missed. He took his time sat down with me and my husband to discuss different options for taking care of my crawlspace and we decided to go with the full encapsulation and we are very pleased. And when Brandon and Bo showed up to do the actual work they were courteous professional honest and down to earth.
