We’ve been using Ecocurve for about 2.5 years and have had nothing but a great experience. We tried using a couple other companies and still had a significant brown recluse and ant problem and now we do not! Jake comes out every time, which I am pleased to have the same tech come out every single time. He is friendly, professional, and we have not had any issues since he has started treating the house for us.

Jake did an excellent job taking care of my problem. He was very knowledgeable dealing with the problem that I had. He hit the ground running when he arrived on site and didn’t stop till he believed that I was satisfied. Since then my roach problem has went away and I am at most comfortable in my home. I highly recommend giving this company a call if you have a problem. Remember Jake can handle it!

I don't remember the name of the salesman that came to our house but I will tell you that he was super nice and very informative. We have had no issues with the service guys, they come out every month and are super courteous, they do a great job. My problem is with the office.. we had a death in our family our daughter passed away in January just 3 weeks ago and I called in to reschedule our service and she tried to strong arm me on the phone and tell me that they wouldn't bother anyone inside the house because we only have the exterior sprayed.. I get that, but I would have appreciated a little compassion she didn't Express her condolences, which is fine that's just her I guess. I was able to reschedule for the following week which happened to be the week that we got all the snow and it was like 2* outside, the guy came out to provide the service but it was still snowing and freezing out so again we called to reschedule it I just don't like having to deal with people who act like they don't really want to be at their job when they answer the phones. I realize we are in a contract with them, which she made sure to remind us on the phone this morning. Unfortunately we could not control the timing of our daughter's death or the weather
