My first appointment was today, with Patton. Service representative, Kris was exactly on time, polite, listened to my questions, and explained all aspects of my service completely. His efficiency was respectful of my time as well.
Pete did a thorough job in explaining Patton’s services and the job he did. He also assured me that it was fine to call them if we had any problems. He was friendly and approachable!

I received great service from Tim! I was only in town for one day and called that morning for an appointment to have a termite inspection on my house that recently sold.
