We’ve had them for several years. When we’ve been present on site they have always done a good job. When we are not home, however, they fail to do a thorough job though they document that at they have. I have cameras around my property and watched this first hand. They also used a granular pesticide IN MY GRASS without consulting me (they always sprayed the perimeter of my house). I have animals that may have come into contact with the chemicals. My dog was just at the vet for peeing blood 24-48hrs after treatment. Then upon reviewing the cameras, I saw how he likely ingested some. They also have not been putting rat bait at the box though they document that they have. We had them treat for termites outside the house and that seems to have been done well. (I was home watching that day).
