Robert, the pest control professional, has been visiting our building every two weeks due to ongoing pest issues. Unfortunately, his recent visit to my apartment was disappointing. He failed to wear protective gear, leaving my floor muddy and dirty after treating for bedbugs. As someone with a disability, I rely on others for assistance, and his lack of consideration is distressing. I will not recommend his services due to this experience.
This is the second time I have used Rob of TruPest Control. This time it was a wasp issue - they had gotten in the soffits through a very small crack and we even had them in the house. I tried the sprays from the hardware store, but that did not do it. I called Rob to the rescue - within 3 days the "good stuff" he used eliminated the issue and I was able to reseal the crack. The price is very fair and I have recommended his serve many times. A VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!!
