Had a huge rat that came into the house after taking out the trash. Sheraz and Sam were kind and professional. They were given the wrong information about the job, they were told it was a mouse problem. Even so Sheraz knew exactly what to do and secured the massive rat quickly and efficiently. They were fast and available on short notice when others wouldn't have been able to come until the next day or longer. I can't thank them enough.

The intruder was captured within 25 minutes.Was it dramatic? Yes.Was it effective? Extremely.Was it the best money I’ve ever spent? Without question.If you ever need calm, competent humans to deal with an uninvited rodent who has made terrible life choices (including stealing half a spring roll and biting into a pouch of sriracha), these are your guys.Highly recommend.
