Really nice guy. Was very accommodating with my schedule, and professional. Came to my place and we talked a good bit as he inspected. I was really stressed about the situation but he assured me it would be solved. I genuinely wasn't expecting it to be solved in one go as is my skeptical nature, but I came home after the procedure and didn't find any bugs. Even today a couple weeks later, no bugs. I'm very relieved to say the least.I've heard that there are exterminators that deliberately don't solve the problem or do a good job so they can charge you a second or third time, taking advantage of stressed out and worried people, and I was worried that may happen to me aswell before meeting this guy. But nope, the problem was solved. Job well done. Gratias ????
